Man City tickets

Anyone know if I can pick up my Man City tickets at our wonderful ticket office Sunday ? Ordered them ok today,but need to forward one on and clocks ticking as went on sale so late ! Thanks in advance

i asked the TO before if I could do this for an away game.

They told me no but if tickets hadn't arrived in time then I should phone them up the day before the match and get them put on the SOMETHING list - duplicate list maybe? Basically, they inform Man City that they should issue a duplicate and you have to go to the Man City ticket office before the match to pick up. It did work but it obviously adds a bit of time on before the match.
